Are your perfumes natural?

How long do your perfumes last on the skin?

Since our fragrances are made with natural ingredients and free from synthetic fixatives, their longevity may vary depending on skin type and environment. On average, our perfumes last 4-6 hours on the skin. We recommend applying to pulse points and reapplying as needed for a lasting scent experience.

How to store the perfume?

To preserve the quality of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid leaving it in the car or bathroom, as temperature fluctuations can affect the scent.

Can I wear your perfume if I have sensitive skin?

Our fragrances are formulated without harsh chemicals, making them gentler on the skin. However, if you have allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before full application.

Where are your perfumes formulated?

Our perfumes are proudly crafted in Melbourne, Australia. Each fragrance is blended with care using ethically sourced, high-quality ingredients to create a luxurious and natural scent experience.

What is the difference between a natural perfume and a synthetic perfume?

Natural perfumes are made using botanical extracts, essential oils, and plant-based ingredients, while synthetic perfumes often contain artificial chemicals designed to mimic natural scents. Our natural perfumes evolve uniquely on the skin and interact beautifully with your body chemistry.

Do you offer samples?

At this time, we do not offer individual samples, but our 10ml perfumes are a great way to experience a scent before committing to a full-sized bottle.

 Is your packaging sustainable?

Yes! We are committed to sustainability and use recyclable perfume boxes, biodegradable packing materials, and eco-conscious packaging to reduce waste and environmental impact.

Returns

Can I return my fragrance if I change my mind?

You can return 50ml fragrance bottles for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. However, sets and 10ml fragrances are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Any items that are late, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at info@peopleofeden.com.au within 14 days of delivery. Provide:

- A description of the issue
- A photo of the product (if faulty)
- A receipt of tracking information and shipping costs (for reimbursement)

We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including reimbursement of reasonable shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, you can return your 50ml fragrance within the eligible timeframe for a refund or store credit, which you can then use to purchase another product.

How do I return the perfume?

Fill out the returns form (available on our website under Refund Policy) and include it in your return package.

Post your return to us within 14 days of delivery. Any returns outside this timeframe may be denied.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales or holiday periods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This also applies to returns due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed by People of Eden if the product was faulty.
