Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $200. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10. 

Dispatch times: Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 4pm AEST. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be dispatched on the following business day. 

During sale periods, please allow a few extra days for processing and shipping the products. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use Australia Post to deliver your parcels.  Keep up-to-date with Australia Posts alerts and delivery times here

For all orders shipped with Express Post, please allow 3-5 days for your delivery to arrive. 

For all orders shipped with Parcel Post, please allow 4-8 days for your delivery to arrive.  

What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?

Please note that our delivery guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. 

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which includes Monday-Friday, and excludes weekends and public holidays. Australia Post may deliver your parcel on Saturday during busy periods. 

How to track your parcel with Australia Post:
  1. You'll find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email titled 'People of Eden: Your Order Has Shipped’
  2. You can enter the tracking number provided here: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

Delivering to a business address? 

Please enter the Company Name. This will help our delivery partners sort your parcel correctly, as they may deliver over the weekend.

Please be sure to check your mail room or reception if your order has been marked delivered and not received, there might also be a safe drop image attached to your tracking, indicating the location of your delivered parcel. If you have checked these areas and have not received your parcel, please contact our Customer Experience team at info@peopleofeden.com.au

Ways to ensure you don't miss your delivery:

Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no-one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, they will deliver to an LPO. 

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your company name. 

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?

If one of the items you’ve ordered is out of stock you will be notified by one of our customer experiences representatives via email.  

Your order will be split to send out any other items/gifts/samples.

The out of stock item will either be left on back order until it is restocked, or refunded back via the original method of payment.
