The friction caused by rubbing the wrists against one another will heat up the skin releasing enzymes that can alter the scent. To preserve the scent and ensure longevity on the skin, we recommend spraying both wrists lightly and allowing for the perfume to sink in.
Storage is key
Store your perfume at room temperature in its original packaging and away from direct sunlight. Hot or cold temperatures can alter the composition of the scent as can exposure to direct sunlight.
Application
Fragrances are best applied to areas of the skin that are exposed to the air including the pulse points of the neck, wrists, back of the knees, chest, or inner elbows. Pulse points are best as they are naturally moist and warm, which is the ideal location for your perfume to sink in properly. To ensure scent longevity on dryer skin, we recommend applying scent on top of a body lotion or oil.
