Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
You can return 50ml fragrance bottles for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that sets and 10ml fragrances are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
Condition of Products
- To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny refunds for late, used, or damaged items. If a return is denied, we will ship the items back to you.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for change of mind, and ordered incorrect items returns.
- Items bought on sale or with the use of a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.
- Orders placed with gift cards or store credit will have the full amount paid refunded to a nominated card/account.
- Gift cards purchased cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- All Sets and 10ml perfumes are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- If you have received any gifts with your order, this gift must also be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. If it is not included, we may deduct its full retail value from your refund.
Sometimes, we make mistakes too.
- If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) and People of Eden will reimburse you for the shipping costs.
- If the item(s) you have received are faulty, please contact us at info@peopleofeden.com.au with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible to organise a replacement or refund including any shipping costs incurred (please provide a receipt of tracking information and cost of shipping).
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This also applies to orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect.
Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return your 50ml fragrance, you can do so within the specified timeframe for a refund or store credit, which you can then use to purchase a different fragrance.
How to Return
To start your return, please click here to download and print our returns form. Please fill in our returns form and include this in your return package.
All returns must be posted in the mail within the respective timeframe, as any orders returned to our warehouse outside of this may be denied.
